Hi I'm having a problem trying to set up a mirrored DB on a virtual network.

I've virtual servers sat on a vertual demain. I'm trying to set one as my principle server, one as the mirror and the last one as the witness. All three servers are running SP1.

Everything works fine setting up the mirroring using the wizzard but when I click start mirroring I get the below message. Any ideas??

the server network address "tcp://sql2.ho.sqltest.com:5022" can not be reached or does not exsist. error number 1418

I remember when I did this, it gave a similar error as a sort of catch-all error. Did you take a log backup of the principal, and apply it to the mirror?
