We are going to be upgrading some 2005 servers to 2008 pretty soon. However I have a couple of developers who are dealthly afraid to upgrade despite the fact that the Upgrade advisor says there are zero compatability issues. So to help maybe quell this fear I was hoping to find a comprehensive list of not only features that have been added but of features and functionality that has changed or been removed. Does any such thing exist?

Yes you can find this information on the SQL Server page of the Microsoft site.

Could you maybe point me to it? All i've found is the What's New section and haven't found it to be too terribly useful. I'm looking for more of a technical document that basically outlines in a simple table everything that's changed.
