Is this a sql 2000 add-on?? The error info says XP_TIME_ZONE_TIME does not exists under MASTER database by owner DBO.
Is it installed under a different db owner??

This is not a vanilla S2K extended stored proc. It's definitely an add-on. Be sure it exists in Master, and if it does, as hanbingl suggested, check the owner.
