Author  Topic  issam Starting Member 30 Posts Posted - 2008-10-11 : 14:12:33 Hi, I am installing sql server 2008 on windows vista ultimate with sp1, The following error has occurred: The process does not possess the 'SeSecurityPrivilege' privilege which is required for this operation. all privileges or groups referenced are assigned to the administrator. Click 'Retry' to retry the failed action, or click 'Cancel' to cancel this action and continue setup. I am trying to install it on Windows 2008 Server. Once I hit cancel, nothing happen except I get the same error over and over. Any suggestion? Thank you!
