I would use one sql server authentication to pull data from the database that a user request through IIS. server_a <--------> server_b <---> web_browser_1 <---> web_browser_2 <---> web_browser_3 <---> ... <---> web_browser_x The number of web users can vary from small to large. In this scenario, can I just use 2-3 cal license instead of a per processor license?
