On Saturday while out for a ride a hornet bounced harmlessly off my face, landed on my knee, and stung me. Yesterday on the way to work, another one hit me on the chin, got caught under the helmet chinstrap, and stung me on the neck. It's all swollen - I look like a pelican.

do you really look like a pelican? prove it! pics pics pics  i've never even seen a hornet. do we have them in the UK? (i don't get out much) though i did end up in hospital 2 weeks ago after getting mosquito bites and reacting quite badlyEm |

| When I was 2 years old I found a large hornet nest in our back yard, and took a whack at it with a stick.
