 I'm using a SQL database for news. What I'm trying to do is display the latest headlines record(only 1) from each category. The database table is News and has news_ID, News_Cat, News_Title fields. There is also a Category Table called NewsCat with Cat_ID, Cat_Name fields in it. For some reason I just have a brain fart and cannot get this to just display only the latest record for each category. On a scale from 1 to 10 I'm maybe a 5-6 in SQL. Any help would be appreciated I'm going insane !?#** |
