| There are 2 books that I will highly recommend.Inside SQL Server 2005: query Optimisation by Kalen Delaney. The rest of the series is excellent too.SQL Server Query Performance Tuning distilled by Sajal Dam. It's for SQL 2000, but still an excellent book--Gail Shaw |
