| I used to have Comcast in Michigan and thought they were the least competent boobs in the world of IT. However, that was before I was introduced to Time Warner Cable, and they now hold that title. Their level of ineptitude dwarfs Comcast. |

they are my ISP at home. they are the sole cable provider where I live. Don't use their mail though, I don't think i've ever even visited their site. you couldn't change DNS without having some passwords. Perhaps they did a bit of social hacking to get it.
