No.You can read after restore is complete only if you restore with standby option.Was this question asked also in interview? Mr Thaniparthi |

How many times you ask same question? I already said you that you can't access database while restoring ? In enterprise edition in SQL server 2005 you can have online restore but i donno if it works with log shipping.? Read BOL. |

User may access secondary db before or after log restoring, not in middle of restoring. |

you can delay restoring in Logshipping and run at certain times in Log shipping but you won't get updated infomation. |
