Hello -

I have a fairly large stored procedure that is run through a font end in MS Excel. In the SP, I have a query that creates a temp table. It runs fine for me but appears to be creating problems for others. Do you know if it is a bad idea to have a temp table within an SP??

Thank you and enjoy the day!!

John

There is nothing wrong with using a temp table in a stored procedure. What kind of error messages are the other users getting? Do they have permission to run the stored procedure?
