Hi,

I have sql server 2008 R2, and I would like make a new maintenance plan with full database backup, that do once backup on every day, but I don't know, how often must run reindex and reorganization on the database?
Can anybody give advice for me?

you can use Ola's or Tara's script for index maintenance.
They check for the index fragmentation levels and perform the required action i.e index reorganize or Index rebuild and update statistics.
