Congratulations Visakh!!

I had promised myself that I will congratulate you only when you hit the 50K mark. but CONGRAGULATIONS regardless - how could I NOT, after reading gems like this: http://www.sqlteam.com/forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=181923. Elegant and simple, and seems so obvious now that you have written the code.

Whatever I post is what I've learned from here itself. This has been best ever online tutorial for me since I joined. I learn a lot from all of the co posters. I've learnt a lot from you too like XML handling for example. So I can take little credit for the solutions I post here
