 Failure audit message, how to fix it

I am getting these failure audit messages, thousand's every hr getting generated: All my application what ever are able to access the databases via sa login no issues including many jobs i have no issues.
What is this failure audit message keep gettign generated thousands every hr, how to fix it, also this IP is not my IP, where is this IP cioming from. Thanks.
