I have sql server 64 bit
It is a production server
No microsoft office is installed
I installed AccessDatabaseEngine.exe
I can not see under linked server providers
neither microsoft jet oledb 4.0 nor
microsoft ace oledb 12.0

thats means you need to get latest providers and install it in server for required configuration (32 or 64 bit)
