Hi,
I am very new to this field...but i have lots of interest to learn SQL...please suggest me how do i start with and a link to download too....and how can I create a small database and learn by myself writing some queries....Please help , thank you

Hi

I downloaded SQL Server 2008 R2 Express! Now I can see only

Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 =>Configuration tools and
Import and Export Data

Could u please tell me how do I proceed...do I need to download anything else to start

you need to download management tools also which includes Sql Server Management Studio ie client tool you used to connect to server
