Hi All,

I have installed SQL SEVER MANANAGEMENT STUDIO 2008 R2.

I want to install business intellignce studio.....how to install it.

where i will get this software can any one assist me.

it will come with full installation of sql server. you need to choose reporting services option also when you're installing. now what you can do is run the installation again and choose this option to add it

Install Business intelligence development studio

Business Intelligence Management Studio is part of SQL Server and DTS is now SSIS(sql server integration service) and yes part of the BI Management Studio. If you have the SQL Server developer edition CD/DVD copy the content to your hard drive and rerun setup and choose repair because you may have installed the first Management Studio, but SSIS comes with the BI version which is the second Management Studio. SSIS is not like DTS it is a full ETL(extraction transformation and loading) tool, I have answered questions related to the service in another thread, read it and post again if you have more questions. Hope this helps.

Hi All,

I have done as u said, but how to identify the SSRS installed. I am still finding difficult to access it. or else i dont know whether it is installed properly or not.

Can any one send me the free software downloadable link.......i will reinstall once again. Please I need it urgently.
