Cannot connect to son10098\SQLEXPRESS.

Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. Ok from my experience ,it may occurs from 2 reasons
1- an security issue ,So check if you made a correct permission as"networkservices" to folder which contain a db file and db files them selfs
2-it may be happened as a result of one sql server services not running ,so please run all from administrator tools
