I have 2008 db. In the logs I see there is a transaction log backup job running at 12:30am. But, I do not see this job in the mgmt studio.I need to make changes to this job, where can I find it? thx |

Might not be running from the agent (or not on that server).Are you sa? Could be that you can't see the job as you don't own it.Could be patr of an ssis package.==========================================Cursors are useful if you don't know sql.SSIS can be used in a similar way.Beer is not cold and it isn't fizzy. |

Are you checking under sql Server Agent>Jobs? If it's not present there, check out your windows scheduler or any third party scheduler that you may have. |

I am login as sysadmin. I checked everywhere: windows scheduler, maintenance plan, legacy - db maintenance plan nowhere to be found... |
