hi

Question is if i executing a query it take's 25 sec normally , when i executing the same query now it take's 23 min
how is this possible

Different number of rows?
Blocking?
Fragmentation?
Different query plan?
Something else hogging the disk or cpu?
...
Could be lots of things

Cursors are useful if you don't know sql.
SSIS can be used in a similar way.
