Hello,

I have been downloading this application from Microsoft hundreds of times. Today it is no longer any their site. Any ideas?

You mean this: http://www.microsoft.com/sqlserver/en/us/get-sql-server/try-it.aspx

Wow, never been to this site. Is there a 32 bit download?

Also is it possible to only download the management tools like I could before? Everything states "with" management tools. I don't want SQL engines running on workstations.

So where have you been going to if not the MS official site?

To get the 32-bit version, choose your version, and then you can select 32-bit.

You'll need to download the engine plus the tools, and then only install the tools.

Ok, actually the site I was trying to get to used to be the SAME URL. I just found it from history, it looks like Microsoft changed everything to confuse people I suppose. There used to be a clear link on the right that lead to other install options, where you could choose Management Tools and 32 or 64 bit.
