I'm replicating some tables to another server using transactional replication.

I don't want triggers fired off on the subscriber side. Where should I run the 'Alter Trigger Not For Replication' command. On the publisher or the subscriber.

Have a look at this article

In any event, I'll modify the trigger on both, in case you restore a publisher backup to the subscriber.
