I have a SBS with SQL 2008 Standard on it and all I want to do is update it to the latest version which I believe is 2008 Standard R2. Is this a free update? How is this done?I don't pretend to know a whole lot about SQL but any information would really help.thanks. |

I finally found the answer. Apparently if you purchased SA. Software Assurance when you purchased your software..you can upgrade it R2 for free. If you did not purchase SA...you get to buy it again. |
