Not sure I'll remember to congratulate you on the 6th of june but I'll do my best :)Even though some people claim the frozen pizza "Grandiosa" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grandiosa) is the national meal in Norway the official is probably a tie between "Fårikål" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Farikal) and "Lutefisk" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lutefisk).
