Hi,

can one tel me ,does chnageing schema at subsriber reflect to publisher in replication. if it suppports then tel how to achive that

No. You'll likely break replication if you change the schema at the subscriber.

But you can change the schema at the subscriber if you plan for it by modifying the replication stored procedures that do the DML statements. We have one system that has extra columns at the subscriber.
