How SQL Server Manage Backup Sequence?

How SQL Server will Take only Modified Data's since the last complete backup?

Is SQL Server Set any archive bit each backup?

Not sure what you mean by sequence.

For full backups, it backs up everything. For diffs and tlogs, it uses lsn's to keep track.

Archive bits are not set for SQL. Tape backup software generally does set it.
