We have a fairly standard single-server TFS installation, which has always worked perfectly. Our domain controller crashed in January, and a new domain was created. All Visual Studio users can still connect to TFS as normal, but the admin console, however, gives me this error:

You do not have sufficient rights to use the administration console. Contact your Team Foundation server Administrator to be added to the Administration Console Users.

I'm assuming that by creating a new domain, we have inadvertently locked ourselves out of the admin console ... is there any other way I can get myself back into the admin user list?

Any help most appreciated, thanks.

Anyone got any ideas? At the moment, we're locked out ... need to try something!!

What would happen if I reinstall TFS over the top of the current installation, would it pick up the current database?
