Hey guys, im new to using SQL Server 2008. I am wondering, what exactly is the password section of the interface mean? I simply set it to "Built-in Account" and then "Network Service". I am using this to test my website locally currently. Can someone explain what the password does/ is used for? Thanks! |

If you use an actual user account (recommended) instead of Network Service, this is where you would key in the passoword for that account. |

If this is a hosted site, you won't very likely have any control over the service account. |
