convert number into word in sql 2005

Hi 2 all,

1223456.70 i want to convert this currency in indian standards like twelve lakhs thwenty three thousand four hundred fifty six only.
plz any anybody help the code of that in t-sql in sql management studio.

I guess you could pull it apart piece by piece

select convert(varchar(10),FLOOR(@number/100000))+ ' Lakhs '
