 NT user loses permissions

I have changed the database owner from an NT user to sa, and some of the users have lost their permissions. I have had this happen on 2 instances of my cluster. Any help on this would be appreciated.

Sounds like a SQL Server bug. Are you running the latest hotfix for SQL? If you are, then I'd suggest opening a case with MS.
