Hai,
deployed a report in ssrs report server and passing the Date as parameter, default it will be current date. when i deployed the report. actuall current date is 11-Oct-2010 but in report it showing as 10-Nov-2010
any solution to get current date as default ?

while passing send the date as in this mm/dd/yyyy format

what??? don't just swap stuff around and hope for the best.

stick to standard iso datetime strings and there can be no confusion.

The only *guaranteed* strings for dates are:

1) Short Form YYYYMMDD : So 11-oct-2010 is '20101011'
2) Long Form YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS.MSS : So 11-Oct-2010 is '2010-10-11T00:00:00.000'

Don't use anything else. If you do then you are at the mercy of whatever local / language setting you are running on.
