Error in read and write

getting following error

'the current identity(NT AUTHORITY/NETWORK SERVICE) does not have write access to C:/windows/micrsoft.net/framework/v2.0.50727/temproary ASP.net file'

while typing the url in browser

select the folder C:/windows/micrsoft.net/framework/v2.0.50727/temproary ASP.net file and right click. select securiy tab and add permission for NETWORK SERVICE
