Is there any chance of corruptions in a single record with in a table from SQL 2005 ?

If so, can anybody share with me what are the Causes of corruption and the consequences?

What will the solution also?

There might be a chance that a single data page is corrupt due some IO/disk error and you can restore a single data page from a valid backup file.
Check the RESTORE DATABASE on BOL for detail RESTORE TSQL.

Thanks
