| I want to establish Replication on a database. I have created a Publication and Subscription on my machine. This is successful for a local database.For a Remote connection, there are any error messages or warnings showing but the manipulations done on Publication database are not getting in Subscription database. Anybody have an idea about this topic (Subscription on database of remote server), pls help me… |

| Did you run the snapshot agent? Is distribution agent running? What does Replication Monitor show? |

Did you mean publication type? It is ‘Merge Publication’. Distribution agent is running in my machines. Replication monitor shows nothing like errors or warnings. For remote subscription, is it needed to add remote machine (that having subscription database) into Object Explorer of Publisher? |
