I'm pulling large amounts of data (into MS SQL) from Oracle via OPENQUERY.I'd like to make sure that my query syntax is well optimised for Oracle.Any recommendations for good Oracle Forums? - I'm looking for somewhere where the locals are friendly, and knowledgeable, and I won't get my head bitten off for being completely "Stoopid" ?Somewhere just like SQL Team in fact but providing sustainable to Oracle regulars ...Thanks. |

www.dbforums.com has an Oracle forum. Many of the same people who post here also post on dbforums.________________________________________________If it is not practically useful, then it is practically useless.________________________________________________ |

I see that whole Yak Corral thread including its many children is still running.I kind of liked it when it was one thread, but I guess it does get a little unmanageable after a few million posts. It's still great way to waste a few hours or days. It’s like panning for gold; sift through lots of sand to find an occasional nugget.CODO ERGO SUM |
