•SQL Server 2005 2 Node Active/Active(Passive) Cluster
•Node: SQL1 Contains Drives R and S
•Node: SQL2 Contains Drives T and U
•Node: SQL 2 was a bad install

I have the following information:
1.How to: Remove a SQL Server 2005 Failover Clustered Instance (Setup) [ http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms190438(SQL.90).aspx ]
2.How to: Add or Remove Nodes in a SQL Server 2005 Failover Cluster (Setup) [ http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms191545(SQL.90).aspx ]
Here are my questions:

1.Before I start the uninstall of Node: SQL2, how do I move Drives T and U to Node: SQL1?
2.Do both nodes have to be offline, in order for me to move the drives?

Thank you for your help.

To remove a bad install of SQL instance on a cluster,

you should not be moving the drives T & U.
Actually during an un-install, if SQL files are located on any of the drives T & U, it will be required as part of un-install.
Let T & U drives remain active on Node 2.
In-Short don't bring offline any nodes, or any drives.

From your note, I believe SQL2 is on node 2, also you have mentioned its active-active cluster.

RDP [remote desktop] to Node 2, from control panel, using the remove option you can un-install SQL2 instance from the cluster.

Before you start the un-install, Ensure: [Actually the below also applies when you are installing a SQL instance on cluster]
Task Schedular service is up and running on both the nodes.
No other active RDP connections exist on any nodes other than your connection.
