| Hi All,I want to update Service pack-2 in my SQL Server 2005.Currently it has RTM version.My Query is What precautions should i follow before and after Service pack updation?Please explain me the process.will the process differ from Dev and Production?please guide me.TIA. |

| There is no SP4. Apply SP3.Make sure you have good backups, download the Service Pack, and apply it (during off hours) |
