Hi,

I have a query that goes like this

SELECT *
FROM Library
WHERE title LIKE '%The%';

And when I run it, it doesn't return any rows from the table.
There are rows which it should return, and I am 90% sure that the syntax goes like that, and still it doesn't work.

Any help?

I may be a little fuzzy on access sql, but I think you need to use * as the wildcard rather than %

SELECT *
FROM Library
WHERE title LIKE '*The*';

have you case-sensitive data? maybe "The" should be "the"
