Hello,

I have an issue under SQL Server Agent I can't figure out. I have admin rights to the server and I created several jobs to run nightly. Not long ago, the server was shutdown by another admin. When it was restarted, Agent was still down and was started again later.

Now the fun part. The 3 jobs I created are still there, but if I (or another admin) clicks on them it opens the "new job" window. The admin that shutdown the server and the 4th and final admin can open the jobs just fine though. Also, I can go to job history, and open the jobs through there just fine. I am just curious why I can't open them directly, or start them manually.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Is this the case on any client machine that you use? How about if you use SSMS on the server directly or from a co-worker's computer?
