i run the profiler and i see event sp:StmtCompleted "Encrypted text" that repeat many time, what this meaning?

it means the stored proc was created with encryption

how can i know the name of job?

I don't have SSMS in front of me right now, but you'll need to check which job has 0x065869467454788 as its GUID. I believe you should find it in msdb..sysjobs.
