| I installed SQL2008 on SBS2008 and it works fine, I installed the Managment package (32bit on XP PRO 32 and it worked fine until I found out the license expired). I am trying to Install the Managment Pakage (from the original SQL2008 DVD that comes with SBS2008) on XP Pro 64bit and Vista Business 64 bit. I allwayes get the error (Operating system not supported for this edition) Frustreated, tried many times followed all instruction/ |

| My computer meets all the requirments. Vista bus 64 bit. I have followed all instruction and installed all required software. what i need to install only the management package on a work station attached to SBS 2008 server with SQL 2008 installed on it. (the 32 bit trial management package did work befor it expired). Now I am installing on a 64 bit Vista Bus. tried xp pro 64 bit also with the same problem. |
