Hi..
How would i know when was my SQL Server services(database engine,SSRS,SSIS,SQL Agent etc...) are restarted.

Look at the created date

EXEC sp_helpdb tempdb

Will it create new tempdb even if i restart SQL Agent service(not database engine)

No it will not create new tempDB when you restart the SQL Agent Service.

But Yes it will create the Temp db every time the connection established to query the database.
