how to run SSIS in 64 bit environment???
here is my bat calling ssis :

DTEXEC /FILE "D:\SSIS\my_ssis\my_ssis.dtsx" /MAXCONCURRENT " -1 " /CHECKPOINTING OFF /REPORTING EWCDI

Use the location of your DTEXEC within the SQL Server (x86) directories (usually \90\DTS\BINN\DTEXEC) - to force the SQL Agent to call the 32-bit version of DTEXEC.EXE

If this is not what you require, please clarify.
