| Hello experts,I’ve been given a task to for Clustering SQL Server 2005. I’m trying to install Cluster SQL Server installation but its keep getting fail. After I provide with all the details Setup comes up to the stage where it say’s“SQL Server setup is preparing to make requested configuration changes…”After few minutes I get a message saying“Setup failed to start on remote machine. Check the Task scheduler event log on the remote machine.”I’m using to machines as active and passive notes and I know both are up and running fine. Now I’m not sure why I’m keep having the above error message and what is causing this problem & also where and which task scheduler event log it is asking me to go and check. Can anybody think of anything which can cause the problem?Thanks a lot in advance. |
