Both NFL teams are off to great starts....

http://www.giants.com/

http://www.newyorkjets.com/

(Some would say they are New Jersey's teams...but that's a different debate)

So what do they do...because of the holiday...they schedule both games for 1:00

I can't ever remember when that happened last...

Sounds like a trip to the Brew pub is in order....32 HD Screens...home made beer...best wings and burgers on the planet...

Life is tough

Is it too early to say Giants v Jet's superbowl?

Yes

I'm glad you're enjoying the season so far. As for my home-team, they barely limped away from a 2 point victory this weekend against the worst team in the league. It was a home game and the fans boo'd the team. And now a group of american indians are taking the matter of a name change to the supreme court. Apparently no one a hundred years ago anticipated the fact that the name Redskins may be offensive.

And Brett's Giants have now beaten the "team formerly known as the Redskins" like 357 times in a row. (or something like that)...

I guess you could become an Eagles fan...they're pretty close to the inner harbor

Oh, and send us some Philips Crab Cakes when you get a chance

I'm not mean enough to become an Eagles fan. I hear they make you kill someone to become one. And sorry, no Philips Crab Cake at our table has ever made it to a to-go box so I can't promise anything.

You should be OK at an Eagles game, as long as you don't show up wearing a Redskins, Dallas, or (gasp!) Giants jersey.

Yes but if I go to AC, then I'll have no money left over for Crab Cakes...And the city of , ummmm, "Brotherly Love"....is it still under construction?

If I wanted to go to a slum, I can go to a Devils game

I think I'll hit Legal Seafood instead...

http://www.legalseafoods.com/

And Heroes made mention of Legal...saying he got the "Chowda" from Boston....BUT I know too well that all he had to do was make a trip to Short Hills, NJ

Just don't forget to take out a second mortgage before you go

Looks like the Philly restaurant is in the Sheraton Philadelphia City Center Hotel.

The prices seem plenty "uptown":
CHESAPEAKE CRAB CAKES, Two Crab Cakes, Tartar & Slaw 32.99

I think he either meant Rosh Hashanah or Talk like a Pirate Day.

EDIT:
http://www.talklikeapirate.com/
I think this is Jesse's High Holy day.

I never noticed that under "observances" in the Yom Kippur link, if you observe items 3 and 4 then item 5 is pretty much out of the question anyway.

Ahhh...the old man is sticking to them now eh...

How is it...they people give a hoot if he retire and un-retires...

How about that TD with 2 seconds left...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JLyddRYxBhQ&feature=topvideos

I guess Jets fans know now why Brett was having a prob at the end of the season

They made him play with a torn muscle...and he didn't say a word

When do the Vikes and Pack meet?

THAT will be an interesting game

If I asked you, If you're Defense would hold NO's Offense to 3 point a game (after avg 40+), you would take that...right?
