Hi there,I am trying to move some data.mdf and log.ldf files to a new location but when I try to copy them i get a CRC error. Does any one know how to do a work around for this. The files are stored on an external harddrive and I am currently running a chk disk to see if it has any bad sectors. Thanks in advance |

Yes, as "ksewduth" said File corruption dude- I am also agree with the statement. However, now you have only one solution i.e. repair the files and then transfer them to new location. Now, if you ask me about the tool for .mdf files repairing then i recommend you to using Kernel for SQL because it is the most dynamic SQL repair and recovery tool I have found over Internet. |
