I am in the workings of designing and building a Data Warehouse.
Now I have come to the point where I need to document things.

I have used DocumentX before, but I can't remember if there was an option to add freetext to the automated stuff.

Please feel free to suggest a good documentation tool for databases.
Naturally all the tedious stuff such are schemas, tables, columns, indexes and so on should be documented automatically.
What I also need from the tool, is to add free text to the tables.
Information such as

1. Purpose of table
2. Kind of information in columns
3. How table is loaded; which package populates data into it.
4. And other things.

These are some information I need to manually add to the automated stuff.

Any ideas?
