Hi, i am trying to convert decimal time as hh:mm:ss

eg:

Hospital TimeLost
CSHL 28.766666
GDL 28.633332

Can anyone help, i understand that i need to build an expression but i have no idea how!

What do you mean by Decmal time.

Do you mean the French system that (thankfully) did not catch on?

Or something else?

What do those specific time values

CSHL 28.766666
GDL 28.633332

Mean in standard time notation?
