Insert Date syntax error

Hi,

I need some help please. When i run this insert statement I get the following error. The field is a datetime, null field so I don't understand. This type of insert works fine on another table declared as datetime.

Syntax error converting datetime from character string.

insert into contribution_payments (employer_id,department_id,period_from,fund_id,payment_method,amount,reference_id,status,status_changed,submitted,payment_received,receipt_id,payment_cleared,payment_dishonoured,dishonour_notified,reminder_sent,transfer_due,transferred,external_fund_cleared,header_transferred,transferred_to_gl,admin_reference_number,finals_transferred,additions_transferred,initiate_required,transfer_notified,bpay_number,batch_number,ech_reference,payment_model)
