I've following details:

Server 1 =Primary server (Physical machine)
Server 2 =Secondary server (Virtual Machine)
SQLSERVER 2005 Version

Database mirroring failed when when we turn off the virtual machine.
Where can I find mirroring log information and reason of failure?

Hi Tara,

I've seen following error mesage.
04/20/2009 07:00:26,spid31s,Unknown,Database mirroring connection error 2 'Connection attempt failed with error: '10061(No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.)'.' for 'TCP://webpage.nwa.com:5023'.
04/20/2009 07:00:26,spid31s,Unknown,Error: 1474<c/> Severity: 16<c/> State: 1.
04/20/2009 07:00:26,spid32s,Unknown,Database mirroring is inactive for database 'meis'. This is an informational message only. No user action is required.
04/20/2009 07:00:26,spid27s,Unknown,Database mirroring is inactive for database 'Intranet'. This is an informational message only. No user action is required.
mirroring connection error 4 'An error occurred while receiving data: '10054(An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.)'.' for 'TCP://webpage.nwa.com:5023'.
04/20/2009 07:00:25,spid26s,Unknown,Error: 1474<c/> Severity: 16<c/> State: 1.

this is just like shutting down the secondary server.....u must have ur server up and running.
